Shark Tank India-featured clean snacking brand Eat Better Co has announced a strategic partnership with Unicommerce, a leading e-commerce enablement platform, to streamline its operations and scale its direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth.
The collaboration is aimed at enhancing the startup’s e-commerce efficiency and accelerating fulfilment across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Backed by Investors, Fuelled by Tech
In April 2025, Eat Better Co secured Rs 17 crore (approx. $2 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Prath Ventures and Spring Marketing Capital, with continued support from existing investors.
The funding marked a key milestone for the brand, which was founded in 2020 by Mridula Kanoria, Vidushi Kajaria, and Shaurya Kanoria.
Eat Better Co offers a wide range of clean-label snacks, including dry fruit laddoos, roasted namkeens, and nut-seed mixes, that blend taste, health, and transparency.
The brand has carved a niche as a modern alternative to traditional Indian snacks, resonating with the country’s growing base of health-conscious consumers.
Operational Overhaul Through Unicommerce
Through this partnership, Eat Better Co will leverage Unicommerce’s flagship technology, Uniware, to manage orders across its website, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels from a single dashboard.
The integration of Unicommerce’s warehouse management system will also help the brand synchronise inventory in real time, ensuring healthy stock levels and reducing inefficiencies such as stockouts and overstocking.
In addition, Unicommerce’s predictive analytics and insights will enable Eat Better Co to better align product offerings with shifting customer preferences while maintaining operational agility.
Unicommerce currently serves over 10,000 brands across 7,000+ clients in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, including names like Mamaearth, Sugar, boAt, and Lenskart, bringing a robust foundation of experience to this latest collaboration.
