Plume Network, a full-stack blockchain built specifically for real-world asset finance (RWAfi), has announced the launch of its SkyLink protocol on the TRON Network.

This strategic integration opens up access to tokenised U.S. Treasuries, private credit, and other asset-backed financial products for TRON’s global user base.

Known for its high stablecoin volume and transaction throughput, TRON now enables its users to deploy stablecoins directly into institutional-grade yield strategies.

SkyLink is Plume’s omnichain RWA yield distribution protocol that uses LayerZero’s SyncPools architecture to stream yield transparently to users via mirrored YieldTokens.

While the yield is accessible across chains, the underlying liquidity remains locked on each native network, now including TRON.

This model ensures continuous, compliant, and on-chain access to real-world returns while preserving platform-native liquidity.

TRON, founded in 2017 by H.E. Justin Sun, has rapidly grown to become a leading blockchain in terms of stablecoin volume, with over $80 billion in USDT circulating supply.

As of June 2025, TRON has recorded over 316 million user accounts, more than 10 billion transactions, and over $21 billion in total value locked, according to TRONSCAN.

This latest integration marks a significant step for TRON as it evolves from a payments and settlement layer into a full-fledged gateway for real-world asset exposure.
