• Jensen Huang will deliver a 90-minute keynote at Computex on May 20, showcasing Nvidia’s latest AI, cloud, and robotics technologies.
  • Nvidia’s new chip lineup includes Blackwell Ultra (2024), Rubin, and Feynman processors (expected in 2028).

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is set to headline the Computex trade show in Taiwan on Monday with a 90-minute keynote presentation at the Taipei Music Hall, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (0300 GMT). Huang is expected to unveil Nvidia’s latest advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) server systems, cloud computing solutions, and robotics.

The annual event, running from May 20 to 23, will feature around 1,400 exhibitors and marks the first major convergence of chip and computer industry leaders in Asia since former U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff threats aimed at reshoring production to the United States.

Traditionally a mainstay of the PC and gaming industry, Santa Clara-based Nvidia has increasingly used Computex as a platform to launch cutting-edge technology. Once best known for its gaming graphics cards, the company has rapidly transformed into a dominant force in AI chip development, fueling the industry surge that followed ChatGPT’s debut in 2022.

Earlier this year, Nvidia showcased a new lineup of graphics chips at CES in Las Vegas. Now, all eyes are on what Computex will reveal next.

At the company’s annual developer conference in March, Huang detailed Nvidia’s shift from building massive AI models to deploying applications powered by them. He introduced multiple new chip generations, including the Blackwell Ultra, set for release later this year, and the Rubin series, to be followed by the Feynman processors in 2028.

Additionally, Nvidia unveiled DGX Spark, a desktop AI chip version designed for researchers. The company is also developing CPUs capable of running Microsoft’s Windows operating system, using technology from Arm Holdings, as previously reported.

Last year’s Computex saw Huang spark a frenzy dubbed “Jensanity,” with fans and media swarming him throughout the event.
