Indian proptech unicorn, NoBroker has introduced ConvoZen.AI, a conversational AI cloud designed to monitor and automate customer interactions. The platform, now available as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, has been tested across multiple industries, including banking, education, healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce.
The AI-powered platform supports voice and non-voice agents in multiple regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. It also offers features like analytics, monitoring, coaching, and quality control for businesses managing large-scale customer engagement.
According to the company, initially developed for NoBroker’s internal operations, ConvoZen.AI has been adopted by companies such as Cars24, LendingKart, LeapScholar, and Tata AIG. These businesses have used the platform to enhance efficiency, improve sales conversions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The proptech leader has also announced plans to open-source some of its Indic language models for customer support. The AI models, trained on 45,000+ hours of contact center conversations, enable real-time automation of customer interactions. The company has emphasized that its proprietary models offer higher accuracy and cost-efficiency compared to existing AI solutions.
At a live demonstration, NoBroker showcased human-like AI voice agents with low latency and multilingual support. The event also highlighted features such as Automated Quality Assurance (QA), an Agent Copilot, and Compliance Monitoring.
Akhil Gupta, Co-founder & CPTO of NoBroker, emphasized the growing role of AI in customer service.

He further explained NoBroker’s vision behind the product, stating that unlike conventional solutions built using third-party models optimized for Western accents, ConvoZen.AI was developed to empower businesses operating at a Bharat scale. He added that the goal is to create a unified Conversational AI Cloud for all customer engagement workflows.
