The funding aims to support Asper.AI’s expansion, enhance product development, and scale its enterprise customer base worldwide.
Asper.AI specializes in AI-powered decision-making across four key areas: demand forecasting and planning, revenue growth management, inventory planning, and sales execution.
Operating from Bengaluru, New York, London, and San Francisco, the company integrates AI to optimize enterprise growth strategies.
Fractal co-founder and CEO Pranay Agrawal highlighted Asper.AI’s rapid growth, stating,
“Asper has demonstrated exceptional growth and innovation in just three years. We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Asper’s team to drive the next phase of growth. The phased investment will fuel Asper’s vision, unlocking new opportunities for enterprise customers.”
Asper.AI co-founder and CEO Mohit Agarwal emphasized the need for AI-driven support tailored to consumer goods industries. He said:

The company noted that developing AI expertise internally requires significant investment in talent, infrastructure, model training, and industry-specific knowledge.
Fractal, founded in 2002, has built a portfolio of AI-driven businesses, including Asper.AI, Flyfish (a generative AI platform for search and product discovery), and Analytics Vidhya (a data science community). It has also incubated Qure.ai, an AI healthcare company specializing in tuberculosis, lung cancer, and stroke detection.
With this investment, Asper.AI aims to strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its market presence, addressing the growing demand for AI-driven enterprise solutions.
