Funtico, a Web3 gaming platform, has officially launched, introducing a suite of features aimed at enhancing user engagement through blockchain integration. The platform allows players to use its native token, $TICO, within its ecosystem, which operates on the Avalanche network.

With the launch, players can deposit $TICO into their Funtico accounts through the Avalanche C-Chain network, with security and insurance provided by BitGo. Additionally, purchases of $TICO can be made using credit or debit cards via the payment service provider Simplex.

To enhance user security, Funtico offers Verified Account authentication, granting access to exclusive benefits and rewards.

The platform introduces several gamified elements designed to incentivize player participation. The Funtico Shop enables users to purchase in-game assets such as Golden Tickets for an ongoing $100,000 tournament and Diamond Capsules. Daily rewards include experience points (XP) and spins on the Wheel of Fortune, while a mini-game called TICO Bar allows players to accumulate points through platform engagement.

Other features include collectible Capsules, an Infinity Case for NFT-based items, and a Shards & Forging system where users can combine shards to create new items. Seasonal challenges and XP progression further encourage long-term participation.

Funtico is launching with two major tournaments: Solitaire Slam and Formula Funtico. Solitaire Slam, available until February 3, features a prize pool of 150,000 $TICO, with an entry fee of 25 $TICO per attempt (up to three entries per player). The top 210 players will win $TICO rewards, while those ranked 211-500 will receive a gift box with platform benefits. Formula Funtico, running until February 2, offers a total prize pool of 100,000 USDT. Players can enter by purchasing 15 Golden Tickets, with top prizes including NFT vouchers valued at up to $50,000.

Funtico aims to bridge traditional gaming with Web3 features, providing developers with tools for blockchain integration, reward systems, and publishing support.
