Bangalore-based fintech startup Digital CFO has announced the nationwide launch of its Version 1.0 cloud-native, AI-driven accounting and financial management platform, opening registrations from August 18, 2025.

Developed by chartered accountants with deep domain expertise, Digital CFO aims to bring enterprise-grade financial tools to millions of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and professional accounting firms across India. The company’s platform integrates automation, compliance, and real-time intelligence into a user-friendly interface designed to minimize errors and simplify accounting.

The product launch follows a private beta rollout in November 2024, which saw strong adoption among MSMEs. Feedback from the trial phase informed product enhancements, paving the way for a full-scale nationwide release.

“This launch marks a defining moment in our journey to democratize access to advanced financial management tools for MSMEs and professionals across India,” said Cheruku Srikanth, Founder & CEO of Digital CFO.
“With Version 1.0, we bring the power of AI, automation, and deep accounting knowledge to every business, no matter its size.”

The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, offering enterprise-grade security and scalability. Its unique Q&A-based transaction entry system requires no prior accounting knowledge, making it accessible to business owners and staff unfamiliar with financial processes.

Key features of Digital CFO Version 1.0 include:

  • AI-Driven Accounting: Automated ledger posting, error elimination, and real-time reporting.
  • Compliance-Ready Framework: Built-in support for GST, TDS, and internal control standards.
  • User-Friendly Interface: Simplified Q&A-based transaction entry for non-experts.
  • Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: Secure and accessible from anywhere.
  • Data Insights: Actionable intelligence for optimizing working capital and reducing costs.

Digital CFO has previously partnered with global accounting firms for white-label deployments and enterprise solutions. With this launch, the company is broadening its focus to India’s vast MSME sector, aiming to help businesses grow, remain compliant, and compete in a rapidly digitalizing economy.
