ContraVault AI, a startup revolutionising the tender and RFP management landscape, has raised ₹5.1 crore in a seed funding round led by Titan Capital. The round also saw participation from prominent individual investors such as Rajiv Ahuja, Haresh Chawla, Jaswinder Ahuja, Dilipkumar Khandelwal, Abhishek Goyal, among others.

Founded in 2023 by Sayan Sen, Tanmay Juneja, and Isha Juneja, ContraVault AI is addressing a critical inefficiency in enterprise procurement. The platform automates the laborious process of handling complex tender documents, ensuring compliance, and managing clause negotiations, areas that have long relied on error-prone manual methods.

“There is a large, untapped opportunity at the intersection of tender management and AI, which we are solving for, and we are super excited to partner with Titan Capital to be able to do that for India and the world.” said Sayan Sen, co-founder and CEO.

Designed for enterprises, legal teams, and government contractors, ContraVault AI leverages proprietary algorithms trained on over one lakh tender documents. Its capabilities include automated risk analysis, clause-level negotiation, and document summarisation, enabling stakeholders to save time and make smarter, data-backed bidding decisions.

The newly raised funds will be used to accelerate ContraVault AI’s expansion into sectors with complex tendering processes, such as EPC, energy, power, and information technology. The company also aims to scale its sales operations across India and pursue long-term global ambitions.

Isha Juneja, COO and co-founder of the company, said the fundraiser marks a critical milestone as they step into a greenfield opportunity. Tanmay Juneja, CTO and co-founder, added that the move opens the door to bold new growth for the company. Meanwhile, a Titan Capital spokesperson noted that ContraVault AI is redefining one of the most painful enterprise workflows.
