• Urban mobility startup Cityflo partners with Aaveg to roll out EV buses on key Delhi routes, aiming to cut pollution and improve commuter experience.
  • The app-based transport firm teams up with fleet manager Aaveg to offer cleaner, tech-enabled public transit on routes like Sohna Road and Cyber City.

Top urban mobility technology firm Cityflo joined forces with fleet management company Aaveg to roll out its first fleet of electric vehicles (EVs) in Delhi. This initiative is a major step towards the city's cleaner, tech-driven public transport.

As part of the partnership, Cityflo manages operations like booking, route planning, and customer care, while Aaveg is responsible for owning and maintaining the electric buses.

Currently, the EV buses made by EKA ply popular routes like Sohna Road and Rohini to DLF Cyber City.

By offering commuters a quieter and cleaner alternative to traditional diesel cars, the new fleet significantly reduces noise and air pollution in the capital.

Passengers have praised these buses in early reviews for their comfort, smooth ride, and punctuality.

The commuting experience is enhanced overall by Cityflo's app-based technology, which makes booking convenient and enables real-time tracking.

“This partnership marks a significant step forward for Cityflo as we expand our fleet with electric buses and deepen our presence in Delhi. It’s a step toward laying the groundwork for sustainable, scalable public mobility in Indian cities,” said Rushabh Shah, CBO & Co-founder, Cityflo.

Cityflo co-founder and CBO Rushabh Shah called the event a significant step forward in fusing sustainable energy with urban transportation technologies.

Aaveg CEO Vivek Laroia underlined the company's dedication to expanding environmentally friendly public transportation options.

By FY26, Cityflo wants at least 20% of its fleet to be electrified. As battery and charging infrastructure in Indian towns develop, the company intends to gradually raise that percentage.

The business keeps making investments in partnerships, operations, and technology that improve urban liveability, convenience, and climate responsibility while raising the standard for the everyday bus journey.

Given Delhi's persistent problems with pollution and traffic, this collaboration provides a positive example of intelligent and sustainable urban transportation.
