Allink Biotherapeutics, a biotechnology firm specializing in bispecific antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), has announced the successful completion of a $42 million Series A funding round. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the clinical-stage company, founded in 2023, as it accelerates its mission to develop breakthrough therapies for oncology and immunology.

The funding was led by Lanchi Ventures, a global early-stage technology investor known for its focus on groundbreaking innovations. Additional contributions came from new investors Yuanbio Venture Capital, Legend Capital, and C&D Emerging Industry Equity Investment, alongside returning backers Gaorong Ventures and Med-Fine Capital.

Dr. Hui Feng, Founder and CEO of AllinkBio, emphasized the funding's impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

“This support enables us to accelerate the development of our diverse pipeline, spanning multiple modalities, including next-generation ADCs and bispecific antibodies targeting oncology and immunology diseases,” said Dr. Feng.

He highlighted the company’s commitment to addressing unmet medical needs and its readiness to achieve key pipeline milestones in the coming months.

Lanchi Ventures commended AllinkBio’s rapid progress. “The company’s exceptional execution speed and quality in advancing its lead program from preclinical to clinical stages showcase its high competitiveness,” the firm stated, underscoring the potential of AllinkBio’s innovative ADC development in targeted oncology therapeutics.

The newly acquired funds will be used to:

  • Advance global clinical trials for lead candidates ALK201 and ALK202 in Australia, the U.S., and China.
  • Develop new assets in oncology and immunology.
  • Enhance the company’s proprietary bispecific antibody and ADC technology platforms.
  • Expand AllinkBio’s global footprint.

With a robust pipeline of First-in-Class and Best-in-Class therapeutic candidates, AllinkBio aims to redefine treatment options for cancer and immune-related diseases. The Series A funding positions the company to further its R&D initiatives and strengthen its presence in the competitive biopharmaceutical landscape.
